This thread is so that we can learn what 2012 related books you have read and possibly your opinion on them. You might also want to note which ones you own and which ones you don't own.

If you wish to participate in this thread, you should only have one reply to this thread which includes your list of books.
You can come back at any time and edit that list.
If you wish to talk about a book, first run a search to see if that book has been talked about, if it hasn't start a new thread on it.

Please make sure the books are related to 2012. If the book doesn't specifically reference 2012 but you believe it still has relation, feel free to mention that next to it's title.

And finally, thanks for Deja Q for suggesting the idea of having book lists only. (no other comments)

Please PM me if you have any suggestions/ideas/comments on this.

These are the ones worth mentioning. Got plenty of other books - basically everything by David Hatcher Childress, everything by Velikovsky, loads of "ancient mysteries", "ancient atlases", mythology, space nasties & mythology

BTW, for non USA folk, many of these books are at Amazon prices, or very cheap for ex-library, with only $2.97 delivery to anywhere in the world - at Better World Books:

So far the only book I've read was
2008: God's Final Witness by Ronald Weinland. I found his ego got in the way for most of it though.

It takes me forever to read books now. I have 2 young children and reading gets in the way of their "lets annoy mum time" hehe

does anybody know about Maximillien de Lafayette's book Anunnaki Encyclopedia?

Amazon is showing conflicting opinions and seems to be co-producer as well so i'd like to hear from someone who has the book him/herself.
What about opinions on De Lafayette or his works in general?

I'm a newbie, thanks for the book lists!
All of the material directly related to 2012 is new to me, it's what I was looking for.
But, you can't believe everything you read.
If Zecharia Sitchin is right, the 12th Planet should have made a fly-by in ~300 B.C.E. See his first book, "The 12th Planet" and check his proposed dates. In that time, there's no way astronomers in Mesopotamia, Egypt, China, Meso-America, Greece, Persia, India and Rome could have missed it or failed to leave a record.

Which is why one really also needs to read Velikovsky who explains Mars and Venus also came by the Earth regularly in the past millennia. Each source has its own merits but there is much to read.

Just to put a somewhat different perspective on the chaos that could ensue simply from the media reporting of any such catastrophic event, I'd recommend reading Loren Coleman's Copycat Effect.

Think about how much damage could occur from the panic alone, 2012 aside.
