still seems a little dis-oriented from the Shock and Awe inflicted on NYC on 911.

So on this thread it has now been suggested the Mayan Elders are lying...

So who do the EWE believe eh?

Oh yes, heaven forbid that anyone might abandon myth and fantasy for logic. What ever would we do?

I say the timelessness of myth trumps the absurdities of math.
I say math needs a vacuum to operate.
That is why they lied about space.
That is why eventually sheeple's heads, inside will be a vacuum.

No logic exists here on an earth
that only offers fuzzy pictures of UFOs, no pictures or proof of jeSuS, but still claims both exist.
No, the cyclical burning of the repositories of knowledge, the libraries, suggests we have been made numb and dumb and still have a lot to RE-learn, stuff we have forgotten that myth had taught us.
Only a matter of time before we crawl out of the imposed DARK AGES, start to show signs of getting WISE again, and then the INTERNET will crash and burn.

Good to hear a Mayan priest's perspective on the whole thing.

Generally speaking, while the Mayan's had some interesting cosmological insights, their believe that the sun was a god powered by human blood suggests to me that they may have missed the mark in other areas too.

In the USA, we have evil and bloodthirsty slobs that get elected and yet there are a few brilliant minds like Space who are brilliant and understand planetary movement and how a black hole works. Took a while...besides....the Mayans in question were wiped out...only the northern tribe survived.

While I'm interested to hear all perspectives, and agree with all of what the esteemed Priest says, I have to, by virtue of my experience, go with the illiterate channelling guy - I was writing about the date 2012 and 'the end of the world' in 1989, aged 15, with no knowledge of The Mayan prophecies.

I could accept this as coincidence - but on further inspection my whole life's work, upon which I only recently dared to reflect, is a meditation on the reconciling of opposites. This was far from intentional, and in many ways is in direct conflict with the doctrine of The Mystery School I was brought up in (as was the date 2012 - they believed the world as we know it would end in 2000)

Then, last year, I made almost exactly the same prophecies to the whole 13moon thing - still without knowingly having heard anything about it!

From my perspective, at minimum, this indicates that these ideas are bouncing about a collective unconscious (or collective consiousness?) and I picked up on them like a radio antenna. My subjective experience was far more like being contacted by an entity - which, while it manifested through a marvelous shifting panopoly of archtypal and mythological figures (most notably 'The Green Man' and 'The Being at The Beginning and The End of Time'), ultimately appeared to me as my own God-nature, at which point I ceased to perceive it as separate from myself. For a year after this I did have an entirely different personality, voice, handwriting etc., leading many to believe I was 'possessed' - I prefer to think of it as a timeshare.

If this kind of collective thought is possible - then are we potentially building a self-fulfilling prophecy by thinking about it? Perhaps, but the banality of the media that occupies the mass's consiousness means that it is necessary for us to do rather more than sit on our arses meditiating about how we'd like to be.

Violence will only beget violence, selfishness will only beget selfishness. In this era of global communications our 'weapons of mass instruction' must be The Media and The Arts - it is time to prove once and for all that the pen is ACTually mightier than the sword.

Fu*k prophecies, fu*k transdimensional hyper-beings from space - here's something we can ALL agree on: it's a time of cataclysmic change - and if we're not prepared? - then the bad-guys is going to use the confusion to fu*k it all up for everyone - AGAIN! It's time to make our voices heard, its time to stand up and be counted. Lets show'em - the meek goin' ACTually inherit the Erf!

If you look at the world around you, aside from the advancement of technology, nothing much is advancing in the are of humanities concern for each other. We are not evolving but devolving as society breaks down all around us. To think that because a page is turned on a calendar will make one ounce of difference to this is delusional and in the realm of fantasy.

all we have managed to do in the last x years, by adding the last 2 billion sheeple, ...was add primarily to the base of the pyramid...bottom of the food chain.

it is clear we have only added 2 billion more poor to the bottom, not much has changed for the rest.

I disagree with the pessimistic viewpoint that nothing has changed. It's true that the elites are as tyrannical as they were in the days of ancient Rome. That much hasn't changed. But over time, there HAS been some evolutionary spiritual headway made over the ages. People are slowly beginning to wake from their slumber that organized religion is full of holes, lies, and half-truths designed to keep them rooted in obedience and subservience to the authority-in-charge. More and more are looking for alternative ways to live their lives outside the "grid" system of secular control. There is a spiritual awakening underway that is not being reported in the mainstream world. The illusion that things are remaining the same and even getting worse is still firmly in place. That much I agree on. But over time, there WILL be a quantum shift that nobody will be able to ignore or deny. Either that, or the evil ones will have their way over all the Earth.

Heaven or Hell. Pick one.

each spiritual revival/associated with a knowledge revival is nipped in the bud.
libraries get burned down...

history gets rewritten...

In the future when the internet eventually crashes or gets a 'makeover', and an Orwellian 1984 feel starts to pervade the internet, this will be a clue that we are getting too close to the truth, and the slate needs to be wiped clean, followed by a new narrative to be dispensed.

Simply because ... truth is the removing of the veils that create mystery.
Without mystery ... both religion and science cease to exist.
