Heh, you guys have to understand though that bunkers require a bit of expertise to create... Now, I may be willing to offer my skills, and that of my associates... for a price of course. I have a small group competent people who together could easily construct small bunkers. We'd need the cash up front though, materials, travel, and specialized equipment are sorta costly. :?

hi im new here but im looking around on this site for quite a while.

bunkers will protect you from radiation and very bad weather, but not from earthquakes and floods.
you will have a nice pool underground.

ciao

good for baths, but if the elevation is high enough don't have to worry about floods, earthquakes are another story --run away--- but i'll take my chance underground in a bunker = protection from sun, wind, rain , snow, hot , cold, falling stuff from the sky, and people if it is hidden right.

not only elevation.
what if it would rain for a long time? the bunker will fill up..

i think the possition of the bunker is the most important thing!
if the poles should shift what would be the best location?
i guess there isnt information on the internet about the orbit of nibiru and earth's orbit.
but i did find a picture:

That's a crap design because it does not incorporate any arching, from the earth or otherwise. It's a lot of work for an underground masonry structure with a glass chin for a ceiling. The requisite money makes it a bad idea with so many far superior alternatives.

Obsessing over ambiguous ideas like your "internal spiritual preparations" will get you committed in most U.S. states during your in-patient screening, however. Good luck with all that.

bunkers wont protect you from earthquakes as well as an ark would,
earthquakes come from underground.
the same place the bunker would be?
doesnt really make sense i feel.

i've thought about an ark but it wount protect you agains sun-rays and such. also the waves take you every where they like

caves way up high in the moutains, with enough water, (bottled that last couple of years, not tóó far from a city would be nicer.

im going for this plan..

There's no better place to be during mile high tsunamis scouring the ocean from pole to pole than to set adrift in a hastily constructed giant floating wooden crate. Remember to point the bow into the waves. That's the kind of acute analytical reasoning that will save you in a disaster ... and they say these new age types are delusional goofballs. Don't you believe it. Good strategy for 2012 survival, really. Do me a favor, get all the likeminded people together and make sure they are on that boat with you when the time comes.

What doesn't make any sense is you actually giving advice to others on this subject. I'm not sure how a person could actually avoid discovering that the single best form of refuge during an earthquake is underground, outside of deliberately ignoring any and all legitimate sources of information published over the past fifty years about earthquakes. You're either clinically or functionally illiterate.

.. but by all means, as other posters have suggested, leave the house and run away through the streets during a major quake. You know, like the California Emergency Services advise people on their website : "If you feel a quake starting, take off all your clothes and run down the street screaming during the quake. Your chances of being crushed by falling rubble are reduced the faster you run around. Keep running until emergency services arrive. Disabled or elderly people who cannot run themselves should put their ambulators in high gear and drive around really fast during the quake."
