Can someone help me with information on the seeming cause and relationship between HAARP signatures related to the recent earthquake activities worldwide as well as Planet X/Nibiru's angular relationship? Basically what's causing all of this - one or the other? To me, it would seem that having both HAARP and Nibiru would be too convenient and a way to avoid the question. Which one is it if it's even either of these causes? There are very credible people saying it was HAARP and the same can be said for Nibiru.

What is haarp?

From what I can gather it is, weather modification technology. It works with the chem trails. The are spreying aluminium, berium, and other harmful toxins and contaminents. The aluminium particals make and atmopheric cunuctor to send the signals to make weather do things.
Another bird killed with chemtrails is aliminium and berium and other things will raise the acidic levels of the soil causing only GMO Monsanto seed to grow in it. Control! They want to own all the water basically.

The act of spraying this stuff will also give a population cancer and keep the penial gland from ever being used.
The natural desasters you are seeing are just that "natural". The earth is changing. Embrace the change.

When I was under a chem trail, this is what I noticed. Poeple became very agressive. Lost of road rage.
Chemical smell, burning eyes, nausia. Straight line checker board grid in the morning streching from horizon to horizon changing to a cloudy haze hours later.
Haarp chem trails are genocide.
