http://www.universetoday.com/89590/come ... ntegrated/At last someone who's dipped into a PROPER science site. Universe Today either supply a good short answer or point you in the direction of a place where you can find a moare detailed answer.
How are you going to come back from this then Ethericplane? Busted!

OOOOHHHH Proper science? Dat dare is real smart yeah?
1. “What may be the remnants of Elenin”
Well? Is it or isn’t it? Don’t they know? Are your resources reliable? Oh yes, your resources……
2. This picture was taken from Spaceobs.com. This site has been one of controversy right from the beginning. This is where most of the disinfo has come from. So no…. this is not a reliable or remotely scientific site.
3. Then we come to the picture itself. For crying out loud, we had better photos when the comet was 5 times the distance from us than it is now. What’s all this pixel crap? Don’t you know they do that when they don’t want you to see someones’s face? They just pixel it out. You mean to say with all their science they can’t clear up a few pixels? Or isn’t their equipment good enough?
I could put up a box of pixels with similar claims and have the gullible believe it too. So no Red… not good enough…try again.
a faint cloud barely visible after its exit from behind the Sun.
Why do they keep saying this? The JPL shows clearly that Elenin didn’t go behind the sun; it went between us and the sun.
“I don’t know why fearmongers [chose] my comet,” Leonid Elenin told Universe Today
Well daaaahhhh. People explained it to him over and over. He’s the one who dropped the first and last letters of his name to give the comet a doomsday name. What did he expect? Maybe he was after attention.
