SURVEY call from CDC ??

Has anyone in the United States received any survey calls from the Center for Disease Control? I was sleeping and my daughter answered the call. They had to speak to the head of household, but told her the type of questions that were part of the survey. Are they doing a good job; visits to hospital or doctor office,etc. Okay, I am 59 years old and have never heard of the CDC doing phone surveys :shock:

Please let me know if anyone else has received this call or knows of anyone who has. I redialed the number and it does go straight to the CDC. Since when do they do phone surveys???

Something doesn't feel right about that summerland. Since when DOES the CDC do that, EVER? Of course more specifics of the survey content would be more helpful but still, be highly suspicious of that. And please, STAY ALERT! PEACE

Apparently they do make those calls, but I have never heard of anyone who has received one. That link was interesting; they can 'randomly' call your number even if you are on the "no call' list and if your number is not listed and not a land line.
I am quite leery as I am in a central location, about 10 miles downriver of the Ft Calhoun nuclear plant.
Whitebear, I will be careful; seems that I am becoming quite paranoid (just because you are paranoid, doesn't mean that 'they' are not watching you :mrgreen:

Considering that the ft.Calhoun plant lost a berm and is now facing being flood damaged due to it I would be concerned, and they may also be looking to see whop may or may not be affected? This is the year that Nuclear power is losing it's allure!
